• AI-powered financial insights and forecasting
• Transaction, invoice, and expense tracking
• Payroll, cap table, and vendor management tools
• Document storage for tax and financial records

All AI-generated content, insights, forecasts, and reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To use Fintoit you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintoit and its founders shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated financial insights
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Fintoit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by unavailability of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
